The Studio

1. Art work is designed on the computer & properly sized for production

2. A roll of specific colour of vinyl is chosen for the job

3. The vinyl is fed through the plotter

4. The blade moves on a XY basis precicely cutting the vinyl and not interrupting the backing paper

5. Graphic is then weeded

6. It is then over layed with transfer tape so the graphic can be re-applied in one shot

7. The graphic is then centered and positioned in the right place using 2 pieces of masking tape to hold it

8. One end is taped down, backing paper is peeled off, leaving the graphic on the transfer tape and ready to apply to canvas

9. Once applied Vinyl adhesive sets instantly and transfer tape is then peeled off.

If a graphic or text contains more than one colour it takes the same production process for the next colour then it is simply over layed on top. (e.g. Red text with a black outline)
